Royal Enfield's Himalayan has been hugely popular, delivering a rugged adventure bike at a budget price.

The all-new-for-2024 iteration features the Indian company's latest 452cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine, called the Sherpa 450. With 40bhp it has almost twice as much power as the previous air-cooled 411 Himalayan, but the concept remains the same.

For our review, Felix headed out on some typical British country roads, and took in some motorways, to put this A2 licence machine through its paces.
