I found that the darker shades lasted much longer, the lighter ones tend to rub off because they are more sheer. These lipsticks don't seem to bleed but you may want to use a lip liner with the darker shades if you prefer a crisp edge. Since the formula has a sheen to it the edge of your lips can tend to look a bit "blurry". xo
