I found this cheap case on eBay from Osoyoo. It appears to be similar if not identical to cases sold by Tontec, Sainsmart, and others. I can't be 100% certain as I have not bought from those other sellers. This case cost me $4.69 plus $2.80 in shipping direct from China. The case is cheap, but effective.
