We have fixed the sound! (Sort of) Ciaran (My fiancee) and I spent time trying to figure out if we could sort it out. My phone does have a known hardware issue that I can't get it fixed atm. If you use headphones you will at least hear it through both headphones (only in mono) instead of just one now haha.
