After being sold garbage via their facebook sale promotion, Kenneth Cole proceeded to dosge any accountability for abysmally poor quality shoes hiding behind their terms and conditions despite the shoe product obviously not being fit for the purpose of walking. They also pretended to help me on FB in public but in private did not, then banned me from their page to avoid my feedback being public. Sad really as if only I was treated with care they would have had more of my money and custom, however their short sightedness and lack of ethics results in me taking this kind of action yo help others avoid this weasel company.
