I am Ninja and I would like to mention that I never liked Yoga ever before my friend showed me the video of Sattva. It gave me a light and a path to success, calmness and happiness and I recommend all of you to join Sattva and get eternal peace. It opened my eyes completely and now I feel much better and the way I feel is difficult to express in words. Yoga has been demonstrated to reduce stress hormones in our body while simultaneously elevating healthy brain chemicals like endorphins and GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid). These feel-good substances aid in lowering anxiety and elevating mood.I can now proudly say that I feel very confident and strong minded. I feel that I am a new and upgraded version of myself that I really can’t express. Everyone must join Sattva if you also want to get a clear head start to your life.
