TIP: For oven usage, go with the Pro model because its handle is oven safe for extended high temps. If your frying pan usage is 99% stovetop (like mine(, the Classic model is the way to go; its handle is oven safe for just ten minutes, but it costs less and is very good looking. Once you get to 12.5" pans and bigger, they don't fit well in an oven anyway.
