"My only other capture of this month’s RMT for Alabama, from one of the stations I can rely on for relays.
NOTE: Despite this video containing footage of the program “Sid the Science Kid”, this video is not intended for children as its primary purpose is to demonstrate an activation of the Emergency Alert System. The footage behind the EAS test is not the purpose of this video; it is also being posted under fair use for purposes of education about the EAS and its functions. This note is written in regards to complying with YouTube’s new conditions due to COPPA laws."
