If the THX Tex EX trailer was made in a 21:9 "CinemaScope" format, this is what it would look like. This was found on films when released in cinemas from 1996 to 2004, and its only DVD sources were the 2001 DVD of Independence Day (1996) and the 2003/2004 DVD of Rugrats Go Wild (2003), as the Widescreen versions of both films were made in exactly the same 21:9 format.
