A Planning Q&A for Church Leaders with Duke Infectious Disease Specialists
Duke Divinity School held a webinar June 8, "Returning to Church in Pandemic: A Planning Q&A for Church Leaders with Duke Infectious Disease Specialists," to provide church leaders an opportunity to learn more from medical experts about COVID-19 to help inform their planning for returning to in-person worship.
Expert panelists and infection disease specialists from Duke University included:
-Nathan Thielman, MD, professor of medicine, research professor of global health, and professor of pathology;
-Ibukun Christine Akinboyo, MD, assistant professor of pediatrics and medical director of Pediatric Infection Prevention; and
-J. Andrew Alspaugh, MD, professor of medicine and professor in molecular genetics and microbiology.
