PLEASE NOTE: This video, and the others in this playlist, are about the creation of the Inner World Tarot in a place of joy, healing and exploration of modern liminal spaces, including textual and image generation AI. These videos and the deck are invitations to be curious and to engage in that space if you want to. These videos are NOT invitations to discuss AI in general or to use my platform for arguments or discussions surrounding it and I am comfortable with setting boundaries in my own spaces. There are many forums and places on the internet where this discussion is taking place and I support people using those as they choose. I support people doing their own research and coming to their own conclusions and would never seek to convince you of my stance, that is your job as an individual, critical-thinking human being. I support transparency in the use of AI in any format so that people can choose how they engage or purchase, just as I support the transparency of whatever medium someone has used whether it be traditional art forms, digital art forms, photoshopping images, or using AI. We could not have been more transparent on how this deck was created and I hope that, if nothing else, it has been interesting to see.
NOTE 2: This is a discussion about my experience with using AI to have journey work, pathworking, text adventure experiences, and image creation through the archetype of tarot in creating the Inner World Tarot. If that is something that is not of interest to you, this video likely is not for you. This will be presentation style in order to keep me on track for playback and this is most definitely "kid in the candy store" as well as long, so use your own judgment as to whether or not that is a combination that is annoying for you. :)
