As promised after the challenge set last Friday on RetroUnlim Live! 37 and also since then by James (monkeyspaz5000), I present my participation in the Ice Bucket Challenge, in order to highlight and awareness of ALS.(Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis).

GARY BRACEY BIO:
Gary was instrumental in landing many of the big film licences Ocean acquired including Batman and Robocop.
A games industry veteran of 35 years, Bracey has been involved in all aspects of the business, from development through to licensing, marketing and publishing. Having been active throughout the many platform generations – home computer, console, mobile and now VR – he is now using this experience to help small development studios find publishers or investment. One particular area of interest is the China market, and he has established a number of strong relationships with publishers there. Despite his years, he still maintains a keen interest in playing videogames. But very badly.
Gary will be chatting about his time at Ocean Software, throwing in some licencing anecdotes and will no doubt be name dropping some of the very interesting people he had the good fortune to meet and work with. He will also be talking about some of the more recent projects he has worked on and will open up a Q&A session afterwards.
Gary said “I’m very excited to be returning to Play Expo this year. Due to time pressures, sadly I don’t get to attend as many of these retro events as I would like so it is something I’m very much looking forward to – as well as an opportunity to have a beer with old friends!”
