Today I updated my two old Mac Pros with Opencore Legacy Patcher to Mac OS Sequoia 15.3. And I have a fix for Google Chrome graphic issue.

Chrome terminal command to turn off GPU acceleration.
/Applications/Google\ Chrome.app/Contents/MacOS/Google\ Chrome --disable-gpu --disable-software-rasterizer
