I've been doing a lot of Cems for a Plague Drop, and this farming intensified after I joined Nightingale, because there I actually had people farming with me, the same way I did, so at least you didn't have to solo too often. I also started in NG using a crap ton of Loot Potions to get these, and as you see every single resu and the plague were in red bags, of course I did really many, too bad I cant tell by realmeye because I didnt count exactly, but Loot Potions definitely pay off, even if you won't see the White Bag.
People estimate the drop chances of Resu at 1/400 and Plague at 1/1000. Loot Potions do x1,5, basically that means the chance gets 1,5/400 and 1,5/1000, which means it's something around 1/266 and 1/666. I would possibly have done a lot more to get these UT's without Loot Potions, for a plague in average 334 more it seems.
