In this video I'm completely restoring my broken brake booster from the 240Z. After the disassembly I cleaned and sandblasted all the parts. After restoring all the individual pieces I gave them to a local company for yellow zinc plating. I replaced all the rubber seals from a rebuild kit by zcardepot.com. I decided to not paint the inside anymore and painted the whole brake booster just after reassembly, this way I sure did not damage any paint when putting the housing back together.
