Have you ever wondered how one goes about taking apart a Hoover Dial-A-Matic / Convertible? Well in this video you're going to discover just how much of a pain in the a$$ it actually is!

I have to be honest with you guys - I HATE this job. There's so much that can go wrong, as you'll see with the front panel. If I'd kept pulling it we'd have a ruined machine and a very sad me! Putting it back together is even worse but we'll cross that bridge when we come to it.

So let's remove the motor from this old girl in readiness for a future video. I'm appalled by the 'repair' I did all those years ago...
