This just happened too soon. I knew this day would come but I never thought it would be this soon.
Gracie, I'll always remember you for you were the very first horse, I cared so much about. Yes, I do love my own horse but this horse was my pride and joy. I will cherish every moment I spent with her.
Feeding her cookies and any other kind of sweets. Cookies are her favorite kind of food.
When she laid there,looking up at me, I started to cry harder. She looked so much in pain. Taylor, my sister, fed her six oatmeal cookies while I went to give her grain. When the vet came, Grace tried to get up but managed to fall back down. There was no other way but to end her suffering.
I held her closely, petting her softly. I kept reminding her how much she means to me and how much I loved her. Her body was shaking because of the medicine, the overdosed. She looked at me with her eyes watering.
I looked down at her and said, "Goodbye Grace. I love you".
Than, she closed her eyes.

Rest in Peace, Grace.
I'll never forget you.
