Among adults with endocarditis caused by 𝘚. 𝘢𝘶𝘳𝘦𝘶𝘴, 𝘌. 𝘧𝘢𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘴, or streptococcus species, tailored-duration antibiotic therapy led to 13 more days alive without antibiotics than standard therapy, but with a higher incidence of relapse.
