I am certain you meant well with your apology, but you never brought up the allegations that you were transphobic. You never apologised for anything at all. You need to understand that what you’ve said has hurt a lot of people, including your friends.
Bringing your religion into this was very inappropriate. Trying to convert me to your religion when I told you I was suicidal was very inappropriate.
I have nothing against people being religious. I have religious friends and family members who I am incredibly close to, you included. The only difference is they have never tried to convert people who are in a vulnerable position or used their religion as an excuse for saying hurtful things to friends. You need to understand that people have different beliefs and what helped you may be harmful for others. I have a fear of gods/goddesses/deities/all powerful spirits which is why I started writing Mortal Gods and Sacred Lies, so I could get over my fear. But I have never ever spoke ill of Christianity or other religions.
I’m sure you mean well. I know you are a good and kind person and don’t mean to harm anyone, but you need to own up and apologise properly.
