I've decided to pick up this level given Digital Foundry picked up this level for testing/benchmarking consoles.
All consoles struggled to sustain 60 FPS in some alpha effects on this level, this was what was claimed by them.

So I've decided to use that level as a reference.
Surprisingly, I had zero issues in this level, but the prior level I had drops to ~50/60 FPS due to a CPU Bottleneck on areas with a lot of NPCs and big overviews and vistas.
