There's probably 100 ways to make these. I used plastic wiggle eyes and black wire to make some funny resin cast emoji faces.
Push the eyes into the resin when it reaches the "gooey" stage. Let that set then pour another layer of resin and add a wire mouth. Let set completely before un-molding. Paint the backs to add color.
