Homeowners in tenants say the encampment setups near their homes have put them at a breaking point. The unhoused residents in the area, however, say they are being unfairly blamed. The unhoused Angelenos told FOX 11 that not all residents living on the streets are bad and that they have gone out of their way to make sure they don't post as threats to the housed residents.
