Village of Shadows turns every boss and basic enemy into a bullet sponge. They have an extreme amount of health, which makes some boss battles last for a very long time. And often you don't have enough ammo to finish the fight, which means you'll have to switch to a knife. I wasn't wasting my bullets - in this entire playthrough I conserved my ammo as much as possible, only killing enemies which blocked my way, or prevented me from exploring the room. Otherwise, I would just run past them or kill them with the environment or my knife.
That wasn't enough, and I still had to use knife against one of the daughters and Dimitrescu. I wasted almost all of my ammo to kill Moreau and after his fight I started using even less ammo. I killed most of the factory enemies with a knife, making each one get stuck in the corner and stabbing them for 5 minutes... I was worried about the upcoming fight with Heisenberg, but then the game allowed me to kill him with just a few sniper shots. Thanks to that, I had more than enough supplies for the final boss.
The very first boss attacks you in the tiniest room you can imagine. You can hardly move around there and it's basically impossible to avoid Bela's attacks. Even worse, on VoS difficulty she's accompanied by 2 additional enemies. The only way to beat her without getting hurt is to use all the explosives that you can find by that point. And even then you have to get lucky.
Moreau was the hardest boss for me. That fight is incredibly long, and his dash attacks are very hard to avoid, unless you hide under a roof or blast him with a flashbang.
In Uriaș fight, whenever he roars he summons enemies to help him. You can interrupt him with flashbangs.

Ive spent so much time trying to beat this boss... He has 10 healthbars, hes extremely quick and he can even interrupt your witch time when you attack him. The spinning fists skill (Astounding Touch) seems to be one of the few attacks, that wont let him break your witch time, hence why I use it so much. Although, he can still dodge that skills finisher. Baals Posion rain deals a lot of damage to him, but youll need Conquerors Reigns, to prevent Baal from rampaging and pouring it on YOU.
Second phase is especially annoying. His gravity ball attack is the worst. It often just catches me off guard and I cant escape it in time.
Rest of bosses will be done later, probably. I didnt record anything else just yet.
And if youre interested if I succeded in moving to another country like I planned, the answer is no. Things didnt work out, so Im still here. Gonna be looking for some alternative way to leave this place. At least I had a nice vacation in Israel for a while.")

Im using Vitality Mantle in some of the fights, where its normally impossible to avoid the damage. This mantle can absorb a fixed amount of damage, but only lasts for 2 minutes. I used it to negate environmental damage (heat from Zorah Magdaros and Vaal Hazaks miasma) and Nergigantes quick jump (barely hurts you but nearly impossible to react in time).")

As good as this game is, the bosses are not so great. Well, the main fights with Nefariouses are pretty fun, but the rest of boss fights are more like the mini-bosses - and the game keeps reusing them over and over again. Did you like that Juggernaut fight? Here, battle it again. And again. And again. Now fight two of them. Or three. Same with big pirate and the Grunthors. I wish there was more unique bosses which would fit greatly at the end of the worlds, but you usually just fight a wave of enemies or the said mini-bosses.
But anyway, this game was super fun and if you have PS 5, I highly recommend giving it a try.")

I recorded these bosses in a random order. Most of them were done after I already finished the game and all bosses where I use parries there recorded the last. During my first playthrough, I never considered to use parry on the bosses, since my blood veil requires some precise timing to do that. But after finishing the game, I practiced a little and turns out its easier than I initially thought.
This isnt the hardest boss video I did, but it still has some very challenging bosses. Cannoneer and Blade Bearer in the Void District are the hardest of them all, and one of the hardest bosses for no damage challenge. Then you have Skull King with his many different attacks and long reach, Gilded Hunter and his berserk phase, The Virgin Born, which is overall an easy boss but has one attack which is complete bs. Most of the bosses are no pushover and I greatly enjoyed fighting them.
*The first boss is the only one where I have normal mobility and not the quick one. At that point in the game you dont have many options.")

My character level is almost always below the recommended level for mission, but at the same time I raised my attack power as much as possible.
Id love to show you more Yokai abilities, but theyre not all equally strong. Some of them are incredibly powerful and others are completely useless against bosses.
I didnt use the Yokai Shift much in the game, since it always takes forever to recharge, so Im mostly using it as a finisher in the video.
Hardest bosses for me - Lady Osakabe, Kasha and Tokichiro 2. In Osakabe battle youre being attacked from 5 different directions. Kasha - because of all the fire she leaves around. Tokichiro 2 is obnoxiously quick and has a lot of unblockable attacks.
I dont think I will be recording the first Nioh. Games like this take way too much of my time.")

What can I say? Im a sucker for all Touhou stuff.
There is actually 7 Touhou songs in the game and initially I wanted to record them all... but one of them is too hard for me. The remix of Sakuyas theme is a Lv. 10 song, and even though I can clear it (and even FC it if I really try), my accuracy is so off its just painful to watch. The other two songs are easier, but I dont really like them so I didnt include them either.
While this game is different from the games I usually record for my channel, I find it to be a good opportunity to test my skill in general and see what my weak points are. I need to find the way to overcome them. And practice more, of course. Id like to play more rhythm games in the future and it would be nice if I could perform better.
Although, I dont think Ill make any more videos about Muse Dash. I only uploaded this one because of the Touhou songs. You know, Touhou fan songs are the only reason I even know about Touhou Project. I used to listen to them a lot back in 2010-2012 so this brings a lot of good memories.
If you click on Reimus orbs during character select, you can enable danmaku mode. In Danmaku mode you can play all 7 Touhou songs, but instead of normal rhythm notes youll have to focus on dodging spikes.
Oh and if you want more musical games, Just Shapes and Beats recently had a new update and Im going to make a video about it soon.
By the way, all 4 songs got a copyright claim. I thought at least Touhou fan music would be free of this copyright crap, but apparently not. Thats another reason why I wont be recording musical games often.")
