Leon must avoid mortar fire on the roof of Cedarbrook Apartments. Use the rifle to kill mortar operators and stay on the move to avoid explosions near Leon. Later in the section reach the roof with two enemies and use a strong weapon to quickly kill them at close range. There are four spots you need to secure to stop the bombardments and you can also use mortars to attack enemy reinforcements.
