There are 5 Safe Locations & Safe Codes in Resident Evil 9 Requiem. Finding all of them unlocks the No Safe is Safe Trophy / Achievement.

The safe combinations are the same between Casual & Standard difficulty. However, they are different on Insanity difficulty. The video lists the solution for all difficulties. Normally, you would get the codes from reading certain files, but the safes can be opened even without having found the related file.
