IMPORTANT NOTE:
If still having speed issue, there's a "DDRAW" Folder in the RE1_Fix.rar, it contains ddraw.dll, cut \ copy "ddraw.dll" it to USA Folder as well together with the rest of the fixes.

Note: You need to insert the CD Rom in order to play.
Alternatively you can also mount .iso or burn it to a cd if you have the .iso
