Outbreak scenario on Very Hard is definitely one of those grinds that has too many moments that can kill a run. Even if you get Shutter Strat right, there's still the risk of dying on the rooftops, and there's still the risk of losing it out to the Scissortails (that are introduced on Hard/Very Hard in Offline).
For sure this run is not perfect... but man, am I glad I finally gave myself a good run to submit to the SR Leaderboards :)
