Not my best commentary, but It's about time I made a speedrun breakdown for the Offline aspect of Resident Evil Outbreak. This is the game on the unlockable Lone Wolf mode (AKA Solo mode) at the Very Hard difficulty setting. If you've seen the Online breakdown, it's very similar, albeit now there's not item lag or room master to worry about alongside the rotating item sets Online introduces.
Hope you enjoy because it took a while to get the "Ideal" run I wanted to commentate (Outbreak is not for the faint of heart and I wanted to at least show it somewhat here, mistakes and all)

@hurricane_kris and I were running through the Outlast beta level and ended up queuing with this random guy three times. This actually felt pretty solid so I decided to upload it to show that you can do Hard mode pretty quickly. And also that running through games sometimes with people you just ran into can still be fun if its with the right people. :)

After having learnt the Outlast Trial run for the beta level, I kind of thought about going back to the first game to run it again, for old times sake. Outlast was my first speedrunning game, after all. :)

Uploading this LP to the main channel instead of the VOD channel... why? Uhhhhh... I dont know, honestly. Its not my best LP (missed some cool stuff, 80% of the not voiced dialogue was voiced by me... which... I couldve/shouldve done better with it), and it hardly has anything to do with the other content here, but I havent stopped thinking about this game since it dropped. Its story really resonated with me, and the gameplay in the Arcade is just so damn addicting!
- This shouldve been up in the week the game released, but thanks to Adobe and their... amazing editing software, it took about a week and many wasted hours to finally get here. Its not worth putting this up anymore, but I enjoyed this game enough to want to share it anyways.
- This is the entire LP, flaws and all. The mic was having some strange noises when I spoke at times, and due to the compressor being how it was set, you sometimes hear my keyboard clicking with this LP. Apologies for that :(
- If you like what you see with this game, BUY IT! Music is subjective to the person listening to it, but if you like any of what you hear or see from this LP, dont hesitate to give it a check. Never hurts to try something new :)
