I like several Umbrella B.O.W.s (Bio Organic Weapons), but I have to say the Nemesis is absolutely my favourite. Everytime he appeared and stalked Jill during RE3 I was always so scared. I also think Nemesis was one of the toughest monsters to beat (when you don't have special weapons ). The Nemesis' theme is one of the musics you can hear when Nemesis is coming to kill you! A very atmospheric theme, it suggests a panic feeling very well.
