Resident Evil: Village is a fairytale.
It flits epileptically between Snow White, Little Red Riding Hood, Sleeping Beauty, and some of the most disturbing horror I’ve ever had the displeasure to live in, yet somehow it feels like it’s part of one cohesive whole, tossed into the Season of the Witch.
What does that mean for its horror? What does that mean for its place in the series?
