Here with Resident Evil 7 to do the Extreme+ Challenges in End of Zoe, these challenges can only be done on the Joe Must Die difficulty and most are extremely tight on time and very picky on the items you need/can use. Some of these very picky challenges don't let you swap out your items in an item box before doing them, meaning you will have to do more then a single playthrough to complete them all.

Luckily I had a save that happened to be right before one of the picky challenges that doesn't have an item box before it (The 6th Extreme+ Challenge). Unfortunately this save still used the single glove meaning the time I had was tighter then normal. I also had to do the 8th Extreme+ Challenge but with the dual gloves making it extremely tight.

Despite 5-8 taking me a good bit of time, the last two challenges I did on my first try and they are extremely easy to replicate and I would suggest just doing what I did for those two since you will always have what you need to replicate what I did.
