Supposedly there is an achievement if you throw a grenade into his mouth. I missed both times. I also accepted the death instead of replaying the chapter becaue Salazar is super annoying with his one hit kill move. There is no achievement for deathless anyway.

Resident Evil 4 was one of my favorite games when I was younger, and the remake of Resident Evil 4 is awesome, in my opinion.
