I had Jill meet up with Barry again after finally getting rid of that giant snake. After some complications with rope, he gave her a Pass Number saying 8108310, and then they went their separate ways, again.
Investigate that hole in the room they saw each other again to eventually go down into an underground section of the mansion. This will eventually bring you into a basement kitchen.
But watch out! A zombie will be coming out from one of the doors, there! Apparently only some of them can use doors.
...and then you can immediately blow his brains out.
Take the path that zombie used to get to you, and you will eventually make your way back into the same first hallway where you encountered your very first zombie. Just be aware now that this hallway is occupied by those much faster Hunters.

Instead, take a different path within the kitchen to reach an elevator up to a newer section of the mansion.
One of the smaller rooms here contains a Battery for the courtyard. Take it with you, eventually, but for now check out some other new rooms.

At 10:08, I reach what appears to be a library, but a door hiding behind here leads into a smaller room where you can peek outside to find a helicopter port. Maybe that's a good way to contact Brad. Just need to find a way to get there in the first place...
Back in the library, you can find a Scrapbook, containing documents of multiple attacks on innocent people by horrible monsters.
...and yet... some of this seems to take this up as a challenge for some curious folks to wander the Arklay Mountains of which these monsters were sighted in.

At 14:22, I reach a deeper part of the library, where I quickly solve a statue-pushing puzzle to move another bookshelf out the way.
This was hiding an MO Disk. Take it with you and store it away for now if you're trying to get Jill's best ending.

I eventually went a long way to store some stuff away into an Item Box in the Save Room, but by that point, I had forgotten about the courtyard Battery and had to go all the way back and pick it up. Whoops!

At 24:52, I got to use the Helmet Key one last time before I didn't need it anymore. Leading into a room full of taxidermy.
In this room, it contained a note of Orders... orders to someone to lure members of STARS into the lab within the mansion to fight with certain BOW creature for combat data, and then later kill them all in a way to make it seem like an accident...
It was signed by a particular "White Umbrella", but who was it for to read...?
Within this same room, turn off the lights, you'll see that a moose head is sparkling in the eye, now.
Climb and reach it, and you can pick up a Red Jewel.
Then at 27:40, I used the pass number on an electronic lock nearby. It unlocked a quicker way through a path I could reach with the kitchen elevator.

Bring the Red Jewel to the same tiger statue you brought the Blue Jewel to, as I did in 30:03.
This will reward you with the Colt Python pistol. It uses Magnum Rounds for ammo, and has really powerful shots. Probably more than a Shotgun at point blank range.
Man, Jill gets to have a lot of different useful guns in her run!
