This is the first episode of a two-part ending series. In this video, I catch Reshiram quite easily, with no trouble at all. Two attacks and a Quick Ball were all it took to be caught. What's interesting is that even if you make Reshiram faint, you can try again and again, but you must catch it to progress the story.
Speaking of progression, after you catch Reshiram, you immediately are sent into the battle with N. While you do get healed, you don't get a chance to save. I had a pretty tough time about halfway through, but I prevailed in the end.
