Come along with me on a day in the life of a reserve flight attendant! Now normally I would combine all 3 days on reserve together in one video but since it's vlogmas and all you get videos of the reserve life over the next three days... what is reserve you might ask? its when flight attendants are sitting at home waiting to get called from crew scheduling to go on a trip or sit airport standby. what is airport standby? airport standby is when we sit at the airport for a certain amount of hours and help board if a flight attendant is late or if someone doesn't show up we end up working their trip. airport standby helps the operation move more smoothly and helps with delays!

* Each airline is different, and glassdoor is a great resource to look up how much Flight Attendants make at each airline. My airline pays per trip not per hour. We technically get paid every 50 minutes.

* You have to do your research, google to see what airlines are hiring and what airline would fit into your lifestyle. There are so many resources out there now between YouTube, google, instagram, TikTok and so much more! Check out different flight attendant creators, there are a lot! Soooo many different airlines out there to choose from!
