“Medicare for All and Reproductive Justice”

Featuring:

—Chi Anunwa, co-chair of NYC Democratic Socialists of America
—Kathryn McFadden, midwife and reproductive justice activist

This is the third of four panel discussions from the Reproductive Justice Activist Day School, held at Verso Books in Brooklyn on November 23, 2019. Hosted by NYC Democratic Socialists of America.

As right-wing forces intensify their attacks on reproductive justice and abortion access, the need to build a strong left-wing movement for abortion rights and reproductive justice has become increasingly urgent. This day school is a step toward working across organizational lines to build a united, pro-abortion front.
