REPOST: I was BANNED from the World Health Organization. Featuring @robertfkennedyjr @who ... as we get closer to the new year and the changes to healthcare law that come with it, there's no better time to revisit one of my wildest moments.
Building bridges and finding common ground is apparently pretty risky these days! But the tides are turning. I was slated to speak at the World Health Organization in Greece alongside global leaders…. until my keynote was pulled at the last minute for speaking up about food and chronic illness. It stung… but leadership means risking access to defend what matters. If you’re not willing to lose opportunities for integrity, you’re not really leading.
