As Hurricane Milton approaches, steady rain fell in the Tampa Bay area on Wednesday. CNN reporter Ivan Rodriguez joined CBC News live from the scene. The National Hurricane Center said it would be a major and extremely dangerous storm when its centre makes landfall late Wednesday or early Thursday.
