When your Nitro Air bottle is empty unscrew it and replace it with a new one. To decock the Komplete, point in a safe direction and pull the cocking lever all the way back and hold while squeezing the trigger while the trigger is pressed, move the lever forward to the closed position, and engage the safety.
The Komplete airgun also has a degassing screw so you can degas the gun.
