Meet the Bluelab pH ProbePlus, the replacement pH and temperature probe for the Bluelab pH PenPlus.
Designed for easy replacement with no tools required, the pH ProbePlus makes it simple to maintain your pen’s performance over time. When natural probe wear occurs, you can swap out the probe and continue measuring with confidence.
With a double-junction design for reliable readings and a KCl-filled storage cap to help maintain probe health, the pH ProbePlus supports consistent measurements and helps minimise disruption to your workflow.
Replacing the probe is simple:
1. Ensure your workspace is clean and dry. Water must not enter the pH pen body.
2. Remove the old probe by unscrewing the threaded collar and placing the pen on a clean, dry surface.
3. Remove the disposable end cap from the new probe.
4. Insert the new probe, aligning the arrow with the notch on the pen body.
5. Secure the probe by twisting the threaded collar to tighten.
6. Hydrate and calibrate the probe: add a few drops of KCl Storage Solution to the sponge in the storage cap, then place the cap back over the probe.
