Macbook Core2Duo A1181 Replacing HDD by SSD , and test speed boot .
OSX is Snow Leopard , I have dual boot with Lion and Lion boots faster a few seconds .

The disc was cloned using superduper.

Also replaced/Removed the CD Rom, and used the regular HDD Sata inside a Caddy, so my Macbook now has SSD and a SATA HDD (will post another video about it)

SSD will have OS and Sata HDD will keep normal DATA ; )
