- Tickets created three ways: manually, via automation, or automatically when an error appears
- Two ways to manage them: a filterable table with quick counts, or a Kanban board with six stages, including a dedicated RMA lane for machines not in your possession
- Parts inventory: set up a SKU with stock, cost, and compatibility; link a part to a ticket and it's reserved, close the ticket and it's consumed
- Reorder points set manually or from fleet demand, with a projected stockout date and low-stock flags before the bin runs empty
