In this video:
I have a Peavey plate amps with a bad SMPS that is giving me a run for my money. I'm sure if I persisted that I would eventually figure this one out. However, I needed to ask myself: "at what cost". So in the end I found it cheaper to substitute another power supply and dc-dc regulator to bring this plate amp back into operation.
