Repacor™ SW-1000 is a fast, easy-to-use corrosion repair coating designed for demanding offshore, marine, energy and industrial environments. This single-cartridge, two-part, solvent-free, 100% solids glass flake polyaspartic repair solution helps simplify maintenance, reduce downtime and deliver long-lasting protection in harsh conditions.
Originally developed for offshore wind, Repacor SW-1000 is also suitable for offshore oil and gas, LNG, refineries, petrochemical facilities, bridges, infrastructure, marine applications, structural steel, equipment, tanks and piping.
With single-coat application, no pot-life restrictions, fast curing, underwater cure capability, UV resistance and no mixing required, Repacor SW-1000 helps crews complete complex repairs quickly and efficiently, even in challenging environments.
Tested and approved for high durability in corrosive environments, Repacor SW-1000 complies with ISO 12944-9:2018, NORSOK M-501 system 1 and NORSOK M-501 Rev. 6 system 7A for splash zone applications.
