For most traceurs the Kong or Cat Pass is the movement to master, held in high esteem for its utility but also the explosivity and body control needed to perform it.
This is perhaps why Coach @charliepapazulu decided it was time to deconstruct the movement with our intermediate to advanced athletes and apply it in new and highly unusual ways, adding variety and variability to the mix.
