I got it loose at the very last frame, and did the oil change. DIY's don't always take the time you expect.
In this case the 14mm wrench I brought was bending, the longer adjustable wrench I brought didn't fit in the confined space. Ended up spending 30 minutes screwing around instead of 5 minutes to fetch another tool.
