This vintage MEGO Star Trek The Motion Picture Ilia figure has certainly seen some better days. It looks like someone has tried to make a custom Nurse Chapel figure using paint and Milliput. I want to see if I can clean all of that off and get back to the original figure. It's useful to learn how to remove paints and glues as you will often need to do that when repairing and restoring old toys. Let's see what we can do.
