*Remote communications - What now?*

This was an excerpt from a recent overland trip that I decided to put in a separate video as it was getting a little long, but effective emergency communication is *very* important to us.
We chat about satellite text messaging, GPS tracking, PLB's (personal locator beacons) or SOS functions, SAR (Search and Rescue) and what we're struggling with. Here's the lowdown, let's discuss and see if we can find some solutions. What do you say @SpaceX @Garmin @savedbyspot ?
