In part 3 of our Remote Tirari and Simpson Desert Crossing by 4wd, we make it to the Kallakoopah Creek Cliffs not before we have a few more 4wd recoveries in the group. This time disaster strikes me with an issue with my recent replaced radiator that is the last thing you like to happen in the Desert. Do we manage to get back to civilisation via the Rig Road?

I got Scammed on Facebook and PayPal! My initial response was to forget the money
pull my tail between my legs and forget this episode. However, after thinking about it I realised thats exactly what the success of this scammers is build upon so I decided to do the opposite and try to recover my money, warn as many people as possible about it and make it more difficult for Facebook and PayPal scammers in the future. In the 3rd episode of our 2022 Simpson Desert 4wd adventure, we leave the Madigan line and explorer the Southern end of the Hay River Track. We spend the night at an old Indigenous Midden site, have a very close Dingo encounter, and Steve gets himself stuck on one of the Hay River dune crossings. We find a beautiful camp spot between the gidgee trees spoiled by inconsiderate low lives who cant dig holes for toilet paper and crap in sand.... I also have a look if On Track Meals are worth taking and go through Stevess Troop Carrier Set up.

In Part 3 of our Victorian High Country 4wd adventure, we tackle the supposedly very challenging Mt Sunday track in the wet after a very stormy night and little sleep on top of Mt Sunday 1200m. The actual 4wd track did not disappoint. You need to be constantly alert and on your toes, as its very narrow and has many logs hidden in the foliage, which is creeping in. Some interesting and very slippery slate steps mixed with muddy descents and steep rocky ascents ensure an eventful half-day. In our case, the track was quite punishing for some and there was a fair bit of panel damage.
