Another year come and gone. And as I do every New Years Eve I make a video about the celebrities or other people we lost over the past year. And we lost too many people.
NOTE: I couldn't post all of them in this video tribute for many reasons. Among them, included their controversial moments (like Pat Robinson of 700 Club), fear of what side I'd be on or against, or not enough time.
Anyway, among the celebrities we lost include Harry Belafonte, Tony Bennett, Matthew Perry, Rosayln Carter, Tina Turner, etc.
Songs I used included:
.Hang On by Smash Mouth (since lead singer Steve Harwell died)
.Margaretville by Jimmy Buffett (he died too)
.Love Led Us Here (from Muppet Treasure Island) by John Barry and Helen Darling (one of the songwriters Cythnia Weil died this year)
and last but not least
.Never Had a Dream Come True by S Club 7 (one of the members died)
